UK forecasts (Zoopla) project a market decline of 5% in 2023. On the other hand, US forecasts (Zillow) were revised upward in August, with values predicted to rise 6.5% from July 2023 through July 2024, driven upward by the tight inventory conditions we’ve covered above.
