**Future Developments** We are committed to further optimizations of our transparency efforts. Attestations will evolve to include property valuations and rental income streams. We’re working to secure this data for TNF in a reliable format for future attestations

**Ongoing Ownership Review** The first procedure’s outcome is a moment in time. However, it’s also critical to show the RE remains under protocol ownership/management after attestation date. A second procedure (in dev) will showcase continued ownership of TNFTs properties.

The aggregated findings from these steps are designed to provide all customers with immediate transparency into the purchase process for new TNFTs, helping showcase that the process has been completed as represented by Tangible.

If all attributes are correct, document the results with a “check mark” in the Purchase Documents column of the Findings Table in the attestation report. Attributes not fulfilled will be noted with discrepancies in the report.

1️⃣ TNF will pull from on-chain data sources the TNFT IDs issued by Tangible. This data will help map sales and tokenization docs back to each TNFT 2️⃣ For each TNFT, we will provide TNF the SPV formation docs, sales contracts and transfer (TR1) records

Our agreed upon attestation procedures and report are intended to demonstrate at the time of report, sales and tokenization process were completed as represented by Tangible. Using everyday language, we have described the procedures performed by TNF using the following workflow:

3️⃣ TNF will compare & reconcile details between the TNFTs and purchase docs: ‣ TNFT and sales doc addresses ‣ SPV name to the buyer on sales contract and TR1 ‣ Title guarantee in the sales contract to the guarantee on TR1 ‣ Sales contract price to TR1 consideration amount

**Purchase of RE for TNFTs** The first set of procedures seek to verify new TNFTs are backed by purchased real estate represented in that TNFT. Monthly, TNF will perform agreed upon procedures and report findings related to property docs with completed sales and tokenizations.
